About these terms
These terms apply to quotes, orders and the supply of branded umbrellas by Promotional Umbrella Experts, an Australian, family-owned business operating since 1989 and part of the Promo Experts Group. Placing an order with us means you accept these terms. If anything here is unclear, call us on 1300 25 60 70 before you order.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative from unit prices, excluding GST, and vary with quantity, frame and decoration. A written quote confirms the exact price for your order and is valid for the period stated on it. Larger quantities lower the per-unit price, so ask for a quote on your exact numbers.
Orders and minimums
Most styles have a minimum order of 25 units per style, custom printed with your logo, though some styles differ. We confirm the minimum for your chosen style with your quote. Your order is accepted once you approve the quote and the digital proof.
Artwork and proofs
You supply the logo or artwork to be printed, and you confirm you have the right to use it. We supply a digital proof to approve as part of the order process, showing placement, colour and decoration. Production starts once you approve that proof, and you are responsible for checking it carefully, as we print to the approved proof.
Production and delivery
Production runs approximately 10 working days from artwork approval, with rush orders accommodated where possible, subject to stock availability. Delivery time and freight are additional and depend on your location. Timeframes are estimates given in good faith. If you have a firm in-hand date, tell us when you order and we will confirm a realistic timeline and prioritise the run where we can.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. We may require payment or a deposit before production begins. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Changes and cancellations
Because each order is custom-made to your artwork, changes or cancellations may not be possible once you have approved the proof and production has begun. Contact us as early as possible if your requirements change and we will do what we can.
Faulty or incorrect goods
We stand behind the quality of what we supply. If goods arrive faulty, or do not match the approved proof, contact us promptly and we will repair, replace or credit the affected items. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Price Beat Promise
If you find a comparable product from another Australian supplier for less, we will do our best to beat it on a like-for-like basis, matched on product, quantity, decoration and lead time. Provide the competing quote and we will review it with you.
Intellectual property
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use the artwork and trade marks you supply, and that printing them does not infringe the rights of others. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the artwork you provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
