  • The competitor quote is from an Australian supplier, ideally a fellow member of the Australasian Promotional Products Association.

  • The quote covers identical products and services to those we provide, matched on product, quantity, decoration and lead time.

  • The quote shows the competitor's company details, including name, address and ABN.

  • The quote is dated within the last 14 days.

  • The product quoted is genuinely like-for-like with the product we are offering, as assessed by Promotional Umbrella Experts.

What makes a competitor quote eligible
An eligible quote is from an Australian supplier, ideally an APPA member, covers an identical product and decoration, shows the supplier's name, address and ABN, and is dated within the last 14 days. The product must be genuinely like-for-like with ours. We assess each quote on these terms.
How to submit a quote to be matched
Send the written quote with your request, by email or with a quote enquiry, and we will review it against a like-for-like specification. Call 1300 25 60 70 if you would rather talk it through. We will respond with our best price on the same product, quantity, decoration and lead time.
Whether you always beat the price
We always do our best to beat a comparable, valid like-for-like quote, and final approval is at our discretion. The product, quantity, decoration and lead time all need to match for a fair comparison. Where we cannot beat a price, we will be honest about it and may suggest a better-value alternative.
Whether matching the price affects quality
No, matching a price never means dropping the quality of your branding. We guarantee not to sacrifice the quality of your logo reproduction, whatever the price. A like-for-like comparison assumes the same product and the same decoration standard.
The minimum order on a matched quote
The standard minimum order of 25 units per style still applies on a matched quote. Per-unit pricing improves as quantities rise, so larger orders are sharper again. We confirm the exact figure when we review your comparable quote.
